I had a disappointing experience at this hotel when I spotted a cockroach in the bathroom. It was quite unsettling and put a damper on my stay.

Although the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, I was disappointed with the lack of soundproofing in the building. I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms and hallway, and my room itself felt old and lacked cleanliness.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with this hotel, which appears to be stuck in the past. The facilities haven't been updated in decades, and the maintenance is subpar, with visible scratches on all the equipment and a lingering sense of dirtiness. The lack of a bidet, a feature even public restrooms have, was particularly jarring. The bed was also too soft, and I wish the company had done a better job vetting this place before recommending it. Needless to say, the value was nonexistent.
