The value for money was great, the staff were welcoming, the location was good, and there was plenty of parking. On the downside, none of the rooms had a fridge and the TV had a very limited number of channels.

The room key failed to work for the first two days, forcing me to get the card reset; after that it wouldn’t open at all, which was very frustrating.

I had trouble getting my deposit refunded; the staff didn’t explain clearly that the money would be back in my account and kept giving me different dates, so I won’t stay there again because of the poor quality of service. It took a long time to get my money deposited back.

The price was ridiculously low for the property and the amenities it offered, which was outrageous. However, they pretended to give away free breakfast, which was absolutely ridiculous and made the price feel even more outrageous.
