I really appreciated how the management and staff handled things. When a room issue arose, the director and receptionist resolved it flawlessly by offering us an apartment with a private whirlpool on the terrace, which the kids loved. As an extra apology, we received a free dinner at the restaurant, which was a great and considerate gesture. The restaurant cooks well and the staff were very helpful; although there was no kids menu, they happily prepared schnitzel with fries for the children. However, we arrived in a different room than booked (the kids' bathtub and air conditioning were missing), even though the staff fixed it right away. The outdoor area could use a bit more care, especially the pond—though it’s understandable that such a large property requires a lot of work. Some guests might also be bothered by the dogs running freely around the grounds.

Food was great, staff was fantastic, clean rooms, love the animals, and played tennis. The golf looked nice, although I did not play. Stayed 1 night before flying out from Praha International Airport, which was an easy drive. Wifi was terrible in our room to the point where I had to sit in the stairwell or not use it at all. Pool is freezing in Aug and really unusable, even if it was clean. Room was on the 5th floor and only accessible by stairs. Wasn't so bad, but I didn't want to carry luggage all the way up for an overnight
