The breakfast and accommodation were very pleasant and the place was tidy. However, finding a parking spot was extremely hard even after several rounds around the parking areas; we ended up leaving our car at a different company's lot, so we never got a spot in the hotel parking. That was quite disappointing because you would expect that if you booked a stay at your hotel, parking would be available. Carrying luggage was a real struggle, especially since my traveling companion’s elbow had just been cut and walking is still difficult. The spa was also overcrowded – we had to queue just to sit in the saunas. In previous spa visits there was no such issue. I understand it was the September holiday, but I would hope there’s a limit on how many people are allowed into the spa so it remains pleasant and you don’t have to wait for the sauna. There are several saunas, yet all were so packed that people waited outside them wondering when they could finally use them.
