The welcome was friendly and the staff smiled, but the bedding in our room was very uncomfortable and not up to the hotel’s category; the soundproofing failed, leading to two terrible nights.
The location was great, the staff were kind and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast was very varied.
The staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast was adequate and they served fresh scrambled eggs, and the coffee was excellent; the elevator was a bit slow, with only one serving the whole hotel, which caused some delays.
