We found the location more than perfect; perched about 1400 m above sea level, we enjoyed the peace and isolation. Getting to Schlanders takes roughly 10‑12 minutes. Every morning around 6:00 we stepped onto the balcony to watch the sunrise with a fresh coffee. At the farm you can buy tasty fresh milk, eggs, and honey of the highest quality. Because we rode our motorcycle a lot—places like Stilfser Joch, Umbrail‑Pass, Reschen Pass, Martelltal, Schnalstal, Meran, Bozen, and many others—we felt the location was absolutely ideal. We’d gladly recommend this farm.
“Parfait et superbe”
The accommodation was very pleasant, with a balcony and a superb view. It was very quiet. The owners were friendly and attentive to various requests, making it a perfect address. You can buy farm products (milk, eggs, etc.). The place was impeccably clean. It sits on the edge of the Stelvio Nature Park, offering beautiful walks in the area. The only downside was that it was a bit tricky to find on arrival; the address wasn’t recognized by my GPS.
“Gemütlicher Hof mit grandioser Aussicht”
The holiday apartment was well equipped, clean, and cozy—nothing was missing. The drive up the switchbacks was a bit tough but definitely worth it. We enjoyed a wonderful view and plenty of quiet. The long, winding driveway to the farm was perfect for kids to ride scooters or balance bikes. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Only downside: there were outlets only near the bed in the kids’ room and none in the parents’ room. The hosts provided an extension cord, which quickly fixed the issue.
The location and rooms were great, but the drive from the valley to the accommodation takes 20 minutes through tight switchbacks.
The view was breathtaking.
