The staff were friendly, the location was nice, and the place was clean. The pool was cold and the relaxation rooms were chilly, plus the cups in the pool were empty. The wellness area felt uncomfortable overall—great for an evening but not enough for a full wellness holiday. The shower in the room had no pressure, and the bathroom light flickered. There were very few vegetarian options at dinner.

We stayed in the Double Room Comfort Plus, and the room was very spacious. The facilities are excellent. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The price of the dinner was extremely high considering the quality. We arrived in the evening and had dinner at the hotel. The food was already running low, and the staff started clearing everything away before the closing time, while we were still eating
