Online check‑in was hassle‑free, the breakfast and dinner were excellent, but the room was very noisy with every passerby in the hallway, which was disruptive in the evening and morning.

Breakfast was good, the food was top except for the fresh produce; there was plenty of indoor and outdoor play for small children, which was fantastic. The mattresses were terrible, hard as a rock, the room was very small, and one night a band played Czech rock songs under our window—120 dB outside, 110 dB inside, making it impossible for kids to sleep. They also tried to put us in a 2 × 2‑person room even though we had booked one 2‑person and one 3‑person room; it was a hassle but got resolved.
