“Love this hotel and staff and will return!”
The poolside service, breakfast, and evening meals were good, but it was almost impossible to find a parking spot near the Marquis de Campo, the main shopping centre.

The rooms were good, the pool was great, and the restaurant was exceptional, but the room was in the basement, which I would have liked to know beforehand; the bedding was dirty, and even after complaining it wasn’t changed; the whole room was full of lint and crumbs, and that wasn’t cleaned despite complaints; a dead cockroach was still there in front of the bathtub after the room was cleaned; the response to the complaints was a Spanish email saying, “If you have any questions or requests, please contact the reception,” with no apology or remedy for the inconvenience.

Everything was fine; the location was right by the sea, the staff were kind, and the place had a warm, welcoming spirit, but there was a shower pipe that leaked and it took a while to fix.

The hotel has a charming feel with a beautiful garden, and the rooms are spacious and nicely designed, but there are many guests with dogs in the hotel, and you can hear them barking when they’re left in the rooms.
The room below the pool had an unbearable chlorine and damp smell, and the breakfast didn’t live up to the price and class of the hotel; the coffee was terrible.
