The room was spotless and had everything we needed; we liked that you didn’t clean it so we could get 20 % off our restaurant bill, which was a nice touch. The room‑service menu had outdated prices, so it was more expensive than we expected.

Staying here with a friend was brilliant; the staff are always friendly, especially the lovely Manager Lewis. The location is perfect for shopping, eating, and drinking, and the cocktails at 241 between 3‑5 pm were excellent.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. Some of the room furnishings felt a bit “tired,” and the carpet looked somewhat grubby.
