“Top notch staff and service”
We stayed at many hotels during our trip, and I would say the service at this hotel was the best out of all of them. From the moment we arrived, we felt like they genuinely wanted us to have the best stay, and made every effort to welcome us and ensure we had a great visit. The staff went above and beyond. They also helped us plan our day trips, and their recommendations did not disappoint. We ordered breakfast each day, and it was top-notch, the food was excellent, plus all the extras that make it special, like Sri Lankan coffee, smoothies, local fruit. We asked for extra blankets at night and we had a very comfortable night sleep (I get cold easily, but was comfortable and had a great night sleep.) We would like to stay here again the next time we come. Nothing, everything was excellent

A lovely hotel, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome—from a warm welcome that included a selection of local teas and cake, to attention to small details and advice on local activities and prices. We booked a family room that was large and spacious with warm blankets because it was very cool at night. The room had no heating.
The spot is great – right in the middle of everything.
