The breakfast was pleasant, the pool was clean and nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It was just too windy, but that’s not their fault, and the place is called “desert winds” so… :-)

The breakfast was very good and the service wonderful, so this will be my first choice next time I visit California, though the breakfast window feels too short; it should stay open until 11 pm on weekends instead of 09:00 am.

Morning front desk lady was very nice and helpful, and she had the hot tub cleaned and ready for us; a little dated and the AC seemed to work less at night, but everything was clean and comfortable, and I wish the pool had been cleared of palm leaves so we could swim.
