The front desk person was extremely friendly; I would definitely return if I’m back in Zapopan. The place is very comfortable, centrally located, and close to a shopping and food plaza.

We were asked by the front desk staff to pay a 500‑peso cash deposit, something that was never mentioned during booking. The staff member was very rude, spoke in a threatening tone, refused to give us the room, and hasn’t refunded the night’s rate.
