A fantastic boutique hotel in a prime spot, with staff who are the warmest and most helpful I've met; I absolutely recommend it, and I wish every boutique hotel could match this experience. The early‑morning guests are well taken care of with a great breakfast takeaway. Nothing to dislike!

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety. The room was fully equipped—umbrellas, sunscreen, and more—nothing was missing!

The staff delivered great service, proactively giving directions to the hotel and arranging a butler pickup since the hotel sits inside the old town. They offered complimentary drinks, fruit, tea, and a delicious breakfast. The hotel itself is beautiful, though the room feels a bit dark.

Very comfortable, stylish, and peaceful. The period property was beautifully restored, with all the modern conveniences (the shower is great), tasteful décor, and a lovely ambiance. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are wonderful, and the location is perfect for walking around Lijiang’s ancient town. The breakfasts and afternoon tea are unforgettable, still a topic of conversation a month later. Service is amazing—warm, friendly, and thoughtful. The room comes with many quality gifts to make your stay comfortable and includes useful items to borrow if needed. Nothing to complain about.
