I can’t think of any positives; the spot is on a street of a suk… maybe the goat that bleated in the morning was the only thing that liked it. In the middle of the suk, with all its pros and cons, I had written a few days earlier (without response) that when I arrived there was no one. Thanks to a neighbour who went to look for me, after 10 minutes of discomfort (you can imagine how bad it feels to be in a place like that and wonder where you’ll sleep?) the manager appeared. The room was big, the bathroom had a tiny sink and a toilet that seemed a bit unstable. As per their tradition, there was only one towel for everything during the stay: shower, face, … as needed! The kitchen was just enough to make a chill breakfast. Breakfast: a bit of an omelette‑style egg, bread and Moroccan puff pastry, jam, milk, coffee and tea… that’s it! In hindsight, the price is excessive.

The location is really good in the medina, the breakfast is generous, it’s very quiet with a gorgeous terrace on the top to catch the sun – I highly recommend this place.

I liked the staff and the woman working there, they were kind. The location isn’t exact; my wife and I followed the map of the place but it wasn’t there. I ended up in a dark area that felt unsafe, and we almost got hit by rocks thrown by some boys. So make sure you call the person working there for the exact location if you go. Speaking of cleanliness, it was terrible – ants and cockroaches everywhere. The bathroom and the room smelled weird, and there was no fresh air. We didn’t sleep well.

The location is great. The bathroom was dirty with hair clumps in the shower, sheets full of holes, a cigarette hole and yellow stains on the blanket and towels. The room was very dirty and unhygienic. Breakfast was okay.
