The place is right in the middle of town, so everything’s a quick walk away.
The shared kitchen is top‑notch, and being next to a supermarket and a few pubs is a huge plus.
The common areas and services were cozy, comfy, and spotless—clean everywhere, really.

“Great location”
The place sits in the center and the communal lounge is comfy, plus the shared kitchen works well. However, there’s no place to sit and dry off around the pool because all the seating has soft covers.
“A great place to stay in Exmouth!”
The bed was comfy, the location was good, and the shared kitchen and dining area were top‑class – fully stocked with utensils, hotplates, a microwave, an air fryer, cling wrap, foil, spices, sauces, tea and coffee, plus chillers for day trips. The courtyard garden had nice seating, tables, shade and a pool. The rooms are small but workable, and laundry hours are limited because staff need the machines for linens and towels.
“Perfect”
Everything you could possibly need was there, and then some. I can’t think of any downside.
“Almost perfect!”
They really thought of everything – sunshades, insect repellent, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of separate spots to relax or mingle with other guests. The towels were plush and each evening felt like coming home after a day out. In a twin room, though, the old, worn sheets were a shock, and the mattress felt spongy. Everything else was great; if they swapped out sheets and mattresses next, it’d be an 11‑out‑of‑10.
“Nice place good staff reasonable value”
The place is right in the middle of town, so everything’s a quick walk away. The shared kitchen and outdoor seating are solid perks, and overall the setup feels comfortable. The only odd thing was the green linens – I’d have expected white.
