I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. When I arrived with a booking for two rooms, the staff claimed they had no record of my reservation. After showing them my confirmation, they apologized but explained they could only accommodate me in a different cabin, which wasn't what I had paid for. To make matters worse, I received no apology or solution from the management, which left a sour taste.

My stay had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the view from the hotel was stunning and the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. However, our room had a significant issue - the hot water wasn't working, which was a major inconvenience.
