Location is okay. The so-called hotel seems like a normal three storied house converted to a hotel. Charges seemed nominal but later proved to be a wrong choice. Actually, I find nothing to like. I liked nothing. It was a terrible let down. I regretted reserving a room but had to spend a night as I had no other option. Nothing was good. Staff cavalier attitude, lift is there but needs special permission to be used (and it is an unsafe lift as it can breakdown any time), dirty pillows, insects crawling over bed and everywhere in the room, shower continuously flowing, beedi smell in bathroom from the adjacent room's bathroom I suppose. In the name of breakfast (part of the deal) all they could very reluctantly offer was chai-biscuit. I regret that I booked the hotel just because it seemed a good bargain

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but things took a turn for the worse as soon as I arrived. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and when I showed them my pre-paid receipt, they claimed it hadn't been credited to their system. This was at 10 pm, and I was already tired from traveling, but the staff's attitude only got worse - they were using foul language, which was completely unacceptable.

I'm still trying to figure out how this hotel managed to get away with such a shoddy room. The moment I walked in, I was hit with a wave of dust and dirt - the floor was a mess, the furniture was stained, and the bed looked like it hadn't been changed in weeks. The bathroom was the worst part, though - the sink was clogged, the toilet was leaking, and the shower was a disaster. To top it all off, the air conditioning didn't work, so I was stuck sweating it out all night.
