“Would stay again”

Everything was fine, just a bit noisy until 11 pm because Argentine youth football teams were staying there – not the hotel’s fault.

“We had a very comfortable stay. We were visiting the Glasshouse and the location was great.”

The breakfast service was great, thanks to the lady from Byker who was incredibly helpful and friendly, though I never caught her name.

“Newcastle and Hadrians wall were great, but stay nearer the town center.”

The staff were very good, but the hotel sits in a food and restaurant desert; public transport is possible yet difficult, the room needed flooring and other repairs, and the first room they gave me had an awful bed.

We love the location of the hotel. Room was ideal and it was quiet. Great breakfast and lay helping at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. We didn't have any milk, teabags or biscuits in the room
