I never checked in because the person in charge told me there was no room and that they didn't do business with Booking. I was left without accommodation and now I'm struggling to get my money back; I couldn't cancel through Booking. The service was awful.

Unfortunately, this hotel stay was marred by a severe power outage that left guests without electricity, and the hotel refused to cancel the booking, making for a very uncomfortable experience.
