“Geweldig verblijf! Hotel heeft veel potentie, maar is nog niet af.”

Great stay in a good location (15 min from the central square) with excellent, English‑speaking staff. The breakfast was tasty, the pool was lovely, and there was a secured parking lot nearby (3,75 € / 150 córdoba per day). Someone was available 24/7, creating a peaceful oasis. The owner even helped book ferry tickets to Ometepe (car). Unfortunately the hotel is still far from finished; the rooms are all new but very bare‑bones—only new beds and one nightstand, no wardrobes, mirror, TV, or cozy décor. There are also no sun loungers by the pool and some floors are still unpaved. It’s clear that something great is being built, but the price is steep/overpriced. Once the hotel is fully finished, it would be a fair price.

“Buen personal, pero muchas carencias”

What impressed me most was the staff: they’re very friendly and attentive, working hard to provide good service even though resources are scarce. The room was spacious, bright, and very clean. It’s definitely not a 4‑star hotel. There’s no wardrobe or hangers, so you can’t hang clothes. Breakfast was sparse and unappetizing. The pool area is very neglected, with no loungers and only wooden tables and chairs. The hotel sits in a “complicated” area of Calle El Caimito, a bit sketchy. When paying, they tried to charge us a 5 % extra on card (illegal in Nicaragua), though they ultimately didn’t apply it. Lower your expectations if you choose this hotel.

The unique tranquility of the place, the relaxed vibe, and the sound‑proof high‑floor rooms provide comfort and a restful environment. The beautiful pool is worth another visit soon. “Granada, quiero regresar”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent breakfast, which was a delicious and authentic Nicaraguan spread. However, I must mention that the street connecting to the central park had a concerning number of homeless individuals, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Despite this, the rest of my experience was very pleasant.

“Confortable y buen trato”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional personal service I received, particularly from Nicole, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, making it easy for me to relax and unwind during my visit. However, I did notice that the hotel still has some unfinished installations, which detracted slightly from the overall experience. Despite this, the staff's dedication to providing a great stay made up for it.
