I cannot express how pleasantly surprised we were by this lovely lakefront resort. The location, property, room, and staff were absolutely wonderful. We loved the property restaurant as well. The staff provided great service and the breakfast options were excellent. Also, a perfect spot for happy hour beverages after a day of exploring Lake Como. The view from our room was beautiful. There’s absolutely nothing to not like about this property

The personal touch here was outstanding— we received a welcome message a day before arriving, and an early check‑in was granted without hesitation. Since it was our honeymoon and my birthday, the staff left a sweet note with petals and towel swans, which was lovely. We were provided a beach bag and a hat, which proved handy. The property stayed clean and the staff were friendly; breakfast was beautiful and delicious. The hotel’s proximity to the beach and its well‑maintained surroundings, all within less than 500 m of Colico main station, made it the best hotel we’ve stayed at, and we’re already looking forward to a second visit. There’s nothing negative to mention.

The location is simply great, with a direct view of the lake. Breakfast in the separate restaurant was very good, the service was very friendly, and the balcony is huge. Unfortunately there is only one coat rack, so storage options are lacking, and on the balcony one could install partitions to increase privacy.

Cleanliness, modern high‑quality furnishings, and a balcony with lake view. The toilets outside the room are inaccessible, and the coffee/refreshment machine only works with an app or a rechargeable key.
