First of all, the hosts are wonderful, kind, and responsive—thanks for your attitude, advice, and help! We rented both rooms for four people. With only two rooms, the kitchen was entirely ours. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Rustauli Avenue. The rooms and the kitchen have everything needed for living and cooking. It’s a great chance to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of authentic Tbilisi courtyards. There are shops nearby.

The place was recently renovated, clean, and the bed was comfortable; the kitchen was usable. The rooms are on the ground floor. The host was friendly and stored my suitcase when I went to Kazbegi. The building sits on a side street that isn’t very inviting, and you wouldn’t expect two modern rooms there. Like many hotels in Georgia, the bathroom smells bad; it will take a team of good plumbers to fix this.

The location is excellent—you can walk easily to all the main sights and key parts of Tbilisi. The host was wonderful, extremely kind and thoughtful. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it! A small tip: it’s easier to access the apartment from the side street, which makes it much easier to find.

Considering the price, the value was outstanding; the kitchenette had a stove, a microwave, and a fridge, and the room was clean. A grocery shop was less than a minute away, offering snacks, milk, sausages, and sandwiches, and the square was within walking distance.
