I didn’t realize there was breakfast, otherwise everything was fine.
“Guest Representative Anne algo debería ser despedida”
The service was terrible. I called the Guest Representative, a woman named Anne, about a charge issue on the same day as check‑in and she said we had no reservation. I insisted I had three confirmation emails, she apologized, said there was no reservation under my name, and that no other room was available. I called back, she hung up and told me I was wasting her time. I made another booking elsewhere, so there must have been rooms available, and when I arrived the front desk said I had that reservation and another one, both perfectly valid. That person should be fired for the trouble she causes to guests.
The room was comfortable, there was a $5 snack credit included with breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious, but checking in was a bit unorganized.

The location is excellent, and I really appreciated the shuttle bus driver who was kind and helpful; the whole team was great and the restaurant was also cool.
