“hostel closed!!!!”
I was told the night before my departure that the hostel had been closed for weeks, and I was offered a shared hotel room at an address that turned out not to be a hotel at all (I checked it on Google Street View). Communication in the following hours was very difficult and no solution was found in time. The hostel owner blamed the booking system for the mix‑up; I can't judge. For me it was a disaster.
The hotel was closed and I was not informed about it.
“Si no encuentras algo mejor, puedes pasar la noche es seguro pero no vale el costo”
The proximity to the station was nice. However, I didn’t get the beds I had booked; they tried to change it but every alternative bed was a disaster. I ended up on a bunk bed.
“Terrible! They don’t care about your stay”
Nothing good to mention. I couldn't get into my room for two out of three nights because the doors and the code didn't work and there was no one to contact. If you can’t reach your bed, nothing else matters.
Nothing to say. A fire broke out in the building at the beginning of August 2026, so it is empty and staying there is impossible right now. No email, phone call, or any other notification was sent to me or any other guest who had booked the hostel. I also couldn't reach the hostel by phone or email and have not received any information about a possible refund.
