The accommodation had been closed for a year, and according to the former owner—who sold it a year ago—her phone number is still listed, so activity there was minimal. We arrived to a locked door and the entrance was covered with leaves, indicating it hadn’t been used in a long time. We had to find a new place to stay 😡

The accommodation was closed. When we arrived it looked empty and there was no one there. The contact details on the site led to the old owner who is no longer involved. Phone numbers on the premises were no longer in use. We ultimately had to book somewhere else at the last minute, which wasn’t available in Roeselare. This should be removed from the site. I did receive a refund.

The front desk had the doors locked and we were left scrambling for another room. Nobody mentioned that the doors were closed, so we were caught off guard and had to find a different place to stay. I’m hoping they’ll refund us for the inconvenience.

There was no breakfast at all, and in the mornings nobody was around to help. The invoice that was supposed to be ready never showed up, so I never got a bill.

The room itself was pretty nice, but I was disappointed that there was no coffee maker or any coffee facilities.
