How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

“I thought the entry keypads a good idea. All the time I was there I saw and heard no one.”

The room was spartan but enough to sleep. I wanted to make tea but couldn’t. For Queenstown the price was okay, but elsewhere it might feel expensive (the cost was for two people, but I was alone). There was nowhere to put my luggage; a luggage carrier would help. The kitchen chair was the only seating besides the bed, and it wasn’t comfortable.

The staff were lovely and the spot itself was pretty nice.

“For what we payed, it was a slap in the face to us. You can find better places to stay for that amount of money.”

The place was right next to the airport, which was great, but when I got in I saw poop stains under the toilet seat and the whole apartment looked uncleaned—hair on the floors, a dusty vibe. The manager blamed a cleaning lady who had hurt her hand, which I found a weak excuse.
