The suite was spacious with a full kitchen and two bathrooms, and I had no complaints at all.
We adored the room and its amenities; the property was spotless and offered a quiet, peaceful stay amid a truly unique landscape, though breakfast was not included.

The place is clean and convenient, feeling like home with a large fridge, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, etc., but there is no elevator.

The location could have been ideal, but a series of errors ruined the experience: I was told my reservation wasn't with you even though it was, and when I called the front desk and the concierge—both staffed—no one answered; I was unable to stay because the address they provided didn't exist, wasting 230 Mi on my car and three days, leaving me utterly furious.
We now have to pay for parking.
