The room was ridiculously small, and the evening staff were downright rude. Checking in took hours because they didn’t have a machine for international cards. I paid for a room with an extra bed, but the mattress looked like a pillow—absolutely terrible. I can’t even describe how bad it was.

The place was clean and cozy, and there was a sitting area to watch movies. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the receptionist had an amazing smile—great hospitality overall. Nothing negative at all.

The only bright spot was the single waiter at breakfast, who was very personable. Everything else was a mess: the fee differed from what was advertised. I showed emails, but they wouldn’t let me go and charged me $141 instead of the quoted $129 from the date I booked, which was about 2 or 3 days before arrival. The facilities are not clean and are only mediocrely maintained. I wouldn’t recommend it, and the staff attitude was not appreciated at all—especially a young lady named Deborah at the front desk.

Breakfast had too few options and wasn’t great, but the location was ideal for my purpose. The room had many problems: a leaky faucet, a broken window blind, and almost no hot water during my stay. The key card didn’t work and the issue was never fixed.
