It was the only hotel that didn’t say no to our very late arrival. They were super friendly, answered all our questions, gave us a place, and treated us wonderfully. The breakfast lady and receptionists were all very sweet, affectionate, and always thinking of us. Everything was amazing.

I was happy with the proximity to Plaza de Armas and the helpfulness of the front‑desk lady, and they even let me use the facilities after check‑out. The only downside was that you have to climb stairs right when you arrive, and the kitchen lady, an older woman, seemed a bit grumpy and could use more patience, but otherwise everything was fine.

The place is close to Plaza de Armas, the shower was good, and the room was spacious and clean. It was noisy, with traffic horns in the morning, the breakfast was sub‑standard and unappetising – it needed fruit or avocado – and the décor in the public areas felt a little dark.

The central spot, just a stone’s throw from Piazza de Armas, offered a big, spacious room with excellent cleanliness, and the staff were very friendly.
