The hotel sits at the bottom of the city and the citadel, but it turns out to be quite convenient, especially with the nearby shops. Parking in the old town is nearly impossible, so walking a bit is the better option. The room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the bar area and the breakfast service are for smokers, and in Albania men smoke a lot. As a result, the smoke drifted into our room whenever we opened the window, forcing us to keep the AC on. Oddly, when we asked for a room change, the staff removed the sheets and left it to us to make the bed. Curious!
