“前台有地雷,小心觸雷”
The facilities are brand‑new and the spot is great, right next to malls and restaurants. Breakfast was terribly bland with hardly anything on offer, and although we booked a triple room with breakfast through Booking, the front desk told us their system only showed two breakfasts (and only two sets of towels in the room). Based on our previous bookings, a three‑person reservation should include three meals and three towel sets. The lady at the desk handled everything very slowly and was downright arrogant; we stood there for a solid 30 minutes feeling like a suspect, wishing for the warm tea and towels you get at a Japanese onsen. She blamed Booking, said we were being cheap and should have booked on the hotel’s own site. I checked the prices on both sides and they were almost identical, but I’m a Booking Genius member and always use them. She couldn’t fix the issue, calling it a problem between us and the “ng”. I suspect we ran into the manager, who was professional in inquiries but completely lacking the service spirit any hotel staff should have. It was a very unpleasant experience; after traveling to 43 countries, I’ve never encountered this through Booking before. Eventually Booking’s support and the hotel’s Jessica sorted it out.
Breakfast was excellent, though a touch pricey.
“I had a really great stay at AC hotel! I enjoyed it, the room was great, the view on the pool was amazing!”
The pool was fantastic, and the view was stunning.
“Nice hotel. Nice breakfast. Knowing what I know now, I’d stay again and make clear I’d expect less unfortunate surprises”
The rooms were nice. Breakfast was nice. We reserved 2 double bed rooms. On arrival, the rooms were singles. They made it right but sent us to rooms that were very (very) far away from the elevators when there didn’t appear to be very many guests. At 6:30 in the morning, maintenance began installing cabinet doors in rooms on our hallway. The workers went completely down our hall opening and letting each door slam back. One of the rooms also had ants in the bathroom and by the window sill. One 16oz bottle of water was 5.00. Parking wasn’t explained well and apparently it’s 8.00 a day. To be fair, they waived one of the days we were there
The place was clean and the staff were courteous.
