The owner was very responsive, the place was clean, the design was stylish, and the location was simply everything! Shared bathrooms didn’t bother us at all. The atmosphere was amazing, and the balcony was perfect for watching planes take off or land. The location was ideal for outings—stations, stops, restaurants—all within arm’s reach! This was our second stay in Bergamo and definitely not the last!

The location was quiet and the concierge family was very nice and helpful, even sharing a bit of their apartment. The kitchen was spacious. The spot was decent for exploring the city. The bed was comfortable but too narrow for me as a 185 cm tall man. The room was sparsely furnished—no armchair, no chair, no table, no mirror. There was no air conditioning, only a fan in the room! At 30 °C heat at night and up to 37 °C in summer it was very unpleasantly hot. I was annoyed by the host’s uncooperative attitude: I booked for two people, but my travel companion couldn’t join for work reasons. The host wouldn’t reduce the price even though I only used one bed and towels, water, etc. for one person. Two bathrooms were insufficient for the many guests in the apartment (max 12 guests and four permanent residents), so there were often waits before the bathroom.

I loved everything about this place—from the incredibly friendly staff, to the spotless rooms and comfortable beds, all the way to the fantastic location. I would definitely return!

The staff communicated well over WhatsApp. The spot was near the train and bus station. The price was reasonable considering I booked not too far in advance. The mattresses were angled and I couldn’t adjust them myself, and I was too tired to ask for help. The bathroom is shared (I knew this when booking) but that wasn’t a problem for my one‑night stay. There was no A/C, only a portable fan that helped a lot because it was really hot at night.
