For an overnight stopover having dropped a daughter off at the university, this was actually a perfectly placed location, in a quiet neighbourhood with facilities a short walk away. The concept and design of the place are excellent, thoughtfully and wittily done – if you fancy finding out what it would be like staying with Dr Orlando Watt and his lovely sister Valeria in 'Carry on Screaming', this is probably your place! You can get standard rooms in the predictable Travelodge, Premier, Holiday Inn etc around York, but honestly this place is far more entertaining, very welcoming and comfortable!. Nothing that I can think of, though I was only there for one night
