The location is great, the sauna and pool were very good, the extra bed and seating area were nice, the room was a good size, and the balcony offered a great view; the staff were very reserved, there was no connection to the bar, and sometimes nothing was understood; they just did their job. There was no fridge in the room and breakfast could be more varied, dinner was sometimes only lukewarm; breakfast was very late, so on departure you couldn’t even get a coffee, and the machine could be publicly accessible, which would welcome early‑rising guests.

The food was well‑priced and the value was top; everyone could find something they liked. The staff were good and very competent—thanks a lot. Unfortunately the lift was broken, and the room was on the second floor, which was fine for us but could be an issue for guests with limited mobility.

“Empfehlenswertes Hotel in wunderschöner Umgebung”

We liked that all staff were very friendly, professional, and guest‑oriented; the food selection was diverse, balanced, and of good quality (half‑board); the proximity to Wagrainer Wasserwelt was ideal (walking distance, no car needed); the hotel’s location offers a good base for excursions and exploration; and the free parking right in front of the building is a big plus. The bed was a bit narrow and the mattresses were inserted; the on‑site indoor pool should also be usable in the morning.
