“Exceptional service and wonderful stay”
Reception staffs Khun Kee, Khun JIW and FOM has been very helpful throughout the stay. Housekeeping was amazing, and provided everything that I requested. Special thanks for doing a special birthday room setup on my wife birthday. Room was prepared at top notch and all the small details has been look after well like replanishing amenities. Khun Yang and Khun Dee and one cleaner girls at the restaurant kept the restaurant service alive. Khun Yang was very helpful and was informative. His smile and greetings make our day, he is geniounly smiles to everyone and give courtesy check on every table when the breakfast is about to close and last check he does on each and every table about the coffee serving. Infact he remembers most of the guest by room numbers. I believe he is one of the asset at your hotel. Chefs are also very attentive to refilling buffets when it's required. A big thank for you to all the team members who was part of this hotel in supporting to achieve great service. Breakfast should have more vegetarian options
