The welcome, availability, and kindness of Emmanuela were outstanding; she acted like our guardian angel, sorting out our booking issues, arranging unusual transport to our next stop, and always being there with small touches of care. The room was spotless, breakfast generous and tasty, and the bedding excellent. Extras like the billiards, football pitch, and pool added to the experience. Though a bit out of the city, the place was quiet. We had never seen such devotion and warmth from hosts before—thanks again, Emmanuela, for everything! 🙏

The staff were friendly, but the room lacked soundproofing, the beds were very hard, the linens were thin and low quality, the bath towels were terrible (they soaked up water after just one shower), and the bathroom was poorly designed with no shower enclosure, so everything got wet. Additionally, security was lacking: the site gate was open during the day and only leaned at night, and guests had to open and close it themselves because there was no reception or guard.
