The location is the only positive thing; the reception was awful, no smiles. We had trouble finding the house and I called, but the owner hung up on me! The bed wasn’t made. Breakfast was one pancake with a yogurt. I asked for two coffees, and they stared at me in disbelief. Since I always have instant coffee, I asked for two cups with hot water, but we received them poorly. The fridge was disgusting. This is the worst place of our three‑week stay in Bulgaria. FLEE!

The hotel was typical for the village and the dinner was fine, but the reception was incredibly cold, with no smile at all. I think our reservation wasn’t acknowledged; the owner didn’t know the price of our booking or whether breakfast was included, and we couldn’t get a response after several attempts. The room was very dark, the sheets weren’t set. Breakfast consisted of two homemade biscuits and a glass of ayran, which were good, but we’d have liked an explanation of what they were and whether there was anything else, like coffee. Nothing. Getting into the accommodation was hard, especially on a motorcycle, and it was dangerous. On the departure day it rained heavily; we asked if we could borrow an umbrella to load the bike, and the answer was NO. We had to take the bike empty and then go back to fetch the luggage, all while wearing a helmet. In short, leave it.

I am endlessly delighted by the beauty of this magnificent corner in Bulgaria. I am satisfied with the perfect service in the kitchen, the tasty food, the comfort of the hotel complex, and the warm, hospitable attitude of the staff. I recommend that anyone looking for a suitable spot for rest and relaxation visit this enchanting place any time of year. We came as guests, but they welcomed us and sent us off like friends! THANK YOU!!! 🥰
