“Hotel plus staff is super friendly and helpful.”

The staff treated my daughter, my aunt, and me better than any hotel team I've encountered before; aside from an issue at the massage area, which the management handled promptly, everything else was fine.

Parking is spacious, but the room was dirty, the food tasted off because I ordered satay with peanut sauce and received satay with pecel sauce instead, and the room AC couldn't be adjusted—set to 25 °C yet the actual temperature hovered between 20 °C and 21 °C.

“Have to improve but still ok”

Having a massage in the room is always a good option and the rooms are roomy, but this was my third visit and there was no improvement—service even declined, breakfast was weaker, coffee arrived late after the main meal, the complimentary food that used to come with a suite booking was missing, and they couldn't help me find a taxi.
