“Foi ótima, deu pra relaxar mas poderia ter sido mais relaxante se a cama fosse macia.”
Access was easy, the staff were polite, and breakfast was plentiful, yet the bed was hard and the hot tub wasn't cleaned well.

The location was good and the pools were pretty nice, but it rained so we couldn’t enjoy everything; the bed and pillow were uncomfortable.

The room itself is fine, but the overall facilities are old and abandoned.

When we arrived early, the staff seemed uneasy about greeting us, even though we only asked for help and directions; we had to use the reception bathrooms because the ones for guests were “dirty,” and when we pointed it out they said they would clean them later. The place looked abandoned – the kids’ playground and game room were neglected – but the breakfast was a highlight.

The room we booked had an outside view, yet we were assigned a back‑room that smelled bad, with a bathroom that flooded during showers and left us without water on the last day. The hotel’s communication was terrible and the cleaning was awful; we won’t return or recommend it, and the price was high for what was advertised.
