The manager was friendly. The hostel does not deserve a single star – it was extremely dirty and disgusting.

The hosts were warm, the location excellent, and the bed comfortable. The place was clean, on the main street in Ha'adirin, within walking distance of the beach party, behind the motel of the quiet beach, and a short walk from the ferry terminal to the Samui line; showers had hot water, and there was air conditioning and a fan. The room wasn’t insulated, so all street noise could be heard. Behind the window was a sitting area, and everyone who talked or listened to music there could be heard inside the room. Because we arrived during the Pol Moon party, the noise was almost constant all day. The shower had a sewer smell; leaving the tap open neutralized the odor. The towels didn’t absorb body water.

The room and bathroom were dirty. The window next to the bed had no glass. It was hard to find, tucked up an alleyway from the street.

The location was great, just a short walk from Haad Rin beach where the Fullmoon Party happens. The beds could have been a bit larger.

We arrived and left straight away; the room smelled awful and was filthy. I wouldn't stay even if they paid me.
