Cleanliness, convenience of the metro, staff were top.

“Un soggiorno molto deludente, rovinato da uno staff disattento, poco cortese e da un livello di servizio decisamente ina”

The location was fine, but the experience was truly terrible, especially because of the staff and a level of service that is frankly unacceptable for a hotel. For both days, during breakfast, I waited more than half an hour just to get a cappuccino. The first time I asked, I was told a girl would come to take the order, but the girl never arrived. I also tried to approach another lady preparing cappuccinos, but I was basically ignored. After over half an hour of waiting I simply left without receiving anything. The even more serious fact is that the same situation repeated the next day. Added to that is the room management: the shower towel was not replaced and I ended up without one. What really leaves a bad impression is the general attitude of the staff: little attentive, little helpful, and definitely uncivil. This is not a single incident or a simple forgetfulness, but a feeling of total indifference toward the customer repeated throughout the stay. A hotel can have a nice structure, but when the quality of service is completely missing, the experience is ruined. In my case, that is exactly what happened. The stay was very disappointing and, especially because of the staff's behavior and organization, I would not recommend it.
