I always write honest reviews because I rely solely on them when choosing accommodation. This was my first experience booking a “hostel” (if that can even be called a hotel), and I only cared about two things: proximity to the Acropolis and 24‑hour front desk, since our flight landed at night. We booked a room with a balcony and breakfast. The flight was delayed, so we spent only about an hour in the room. And you know what? I’m thrilled the flight was late! If we had to stay all night, I couldn’t have slept. I can’t fathom why this place gets high ratings. Apart from the great location and nice rooftop view, I disliked everything else. After this experience I’ll never look at this type of accommodation again. Pros: Close to the Acropolis and a nice view. 24‑hour front desk. Cons: This was my first and last time booking this type of place. I don’t recommend it!
