The place is flawless—if your budget allows, this is the spot to book.
I chose a room with a washing machine. The air‑conditioning didn’t work well, and it took a long time to cool down.
“Had a wonderful stay, my top choice next time I’m in Japan!”
The massive underground links to train stations, the food and shopping options around the hotel, the cleaning crew, the lobby beverage station, and the assortment of toiletries for guests to pick up on the way to their rooms—all of these thoughtful touches were impressive. The breakfast, though excellent, was the same each morning. The towel rack in the bathroom was too close to the toilet bowl, almost above it, which I found not ideal.
“Nice, modern and clean with a very helpful staff.”
Nice, modern and clean, with staff that were extremely helpful.
“まあ、満足”
The rooms were roomy and the location in Susukino, near Odori, was very convenient. The lack of a mirror in the room made it hard to sit on the chair and do makeup.
