The location was very convenient, with excellent transport links to both the airport and the city centre. My main advice is to be sure you know exactly which room you’re booking. The Luxe Room I stayed in differed greatly from the advertised photos. I understand boutique hotels often have individually designed rooms, but key features and amenities should match the ads. In my case, there was no freestanding bathtub, no comfortable sofa by large windows – in fact, there were no large windows at all. Housekeeping was disappointing, with the room cleaned only once during my three‑night stay. Worse, I found a spider in the bathrobe as I was about to put it on, and the bathrobe itself was noticeably worn and could have been replaced. While I appreciate the charm and individuality of boutique hotels, I expect consistency between what is advertised and what is provided, especially for a Luxe category room. This stay fell short of those expectations.
