The host was excellent, the place was clean and admirable, the terrace was large, the sofa comfortable, and the interior was cozy. The only downside was the fairly loud noise from the bathroom ventilation, which I didn’t use, but whenever a neighbor used it, it was disruptive and they didn’t apologize.
