“A fuir !”
The location is good for the ancient center. The room was tiny, very noisy, and the noise from other guests was unbearable.

The room was good and had an open view. The bathroom sink was partially clogged, and the shower took a long time to let the water flow down.

The location and the beds were fantastic. The breakfast wasn’t amazing, the room wasn’t well decorated, and the lighting in the room was ridiculous.

The location isn’t bad, close to the center. The breakfasts are decent by Italian standards. The sound insulation is poor, the rooms are small, everything is very old, and the hair dryer didn’t work.

The staff are a great credit to this hotel. They were friendly, professional and helpful. Check in was quick and efficient. Room was compact, nevertheless there was a comfortable bed, wardrobe with hangers and reasonable sized bathroom. Breakfast had plenty of buffet options and good Italian coffee. A 20 minute walk from the rail station; 10-15 mins to the Duomo. Ribeo restaurant downstairs has a great dinner menu and wine list. The soap dispenser in the shower came off the wall more than once; the restaurant can get crowded on the mornings.
