Very clean, great location near the airport and to visit Crater Lake. The snack basket, coffee/tea setup, refrigerator and microwave were a nice touch, as well as the products in the bathroom. The black washcloths for makeup and the brown washcloths for cleaning dirty shoes is a great idea

Gorgeous property. Great views. Great location for Crater Lake. We had trouble checking in. Took 2 phone calls & a bit of stress. Our rooms were serviced but the beds not made. Strange

“Sleepless in Medford - very noisy A/C unit”
The room was clean and nice, but the A/C unit was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep at night and it needs to be fixed right away; I would not stay here again.
