How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is excellent, the property stunning, and the staff very attentive and nice. One of the suites had a persistent bathroom odor that only temporarily disappeared when we mentioned it, and then returned. The GM kindly offered us another washroom in a neighboring room, but for a luxury stay at this price, that smell should never have been there.

The location, food, and staff are great, but the sauna only reached 54 °C.

The location is outstanding—peaceful, quiet, and serene. The staff are very helpful and never say no in the dining room. The food is high quality and plentiful, and Mr Shahsikant is a pleasant person; overall, all staff are well trained. However, 3 km off the road they should involve forest authorities and set a boundary for safety. The final 700 m stretch could use battery‑operated buggies for seniors or anyone with knee problems; it’s a nice walk but would be better arranged.
