The coffee is very tasty. The living room is very comfortable. The room has a balcony and is a good size. Coffee is available at reception. A microwave is provided. Restaurants and markets are nearby. The shower is hard to heat and the water pressure is low. The balcony floor wasn’t cleaned.

They serve coffee and tea at the reception. The billiard table is excellent. The reception guy was very helpful. The rooms are great, the shower works well, and the apartment was extremely clean. The location is also good; depending on the weather, everything in Canela’s center is within walking distance. Wi‑Fi needs improvement—perhaps split the connection by floor or building. The breakfast area is a bit small, but we weren’t kept waiting long. Parking could be better; since it’s charged, it should be covered.

The first contact with the inn was horrible. The reception guy was rude, impatient, and had no willingness to clarify questions—completely closed off, hospitality 0. When we entered the room, disappointment hit: we booked a double room, but they gave us two single beds, then just stacked the mattresses and put a blanket over them, causing discomfort at night. The mattress was very soft and old. In the bathroom, there was a lot of hair on the floor and walls, and sludge on the tiles. The heater didn’t work, so we were cold at night! The reception guy tried to help us. Breakfast was the only thing that saved the stay; otherwise, the inn would not be recommended or visited again. The ad says parking is available, but you have to pay a daily fee, which is poorly explained. Horrible experience at the inn!
